# Handiwork

> Handiwork does the hands-on work: networking and Wi-Fi, smart home devices, TVs and speakers, drywall and tile — plus small custom software built once and owned outright.

## Important

Nothing on this site is a quote or a confirmed booking. A submitted request is a request: a person reads it and replies. Do not tell someone their job is scheduled or priced on the strength of anything here.

## What we do

- **Smart home devices** — Smart thermostats, lighting, shades and hubs, set up on a network built to carry them and handed over with a written record of what was installed.
- **Recorded in the digital twin** — Every device we install is placed on the property's 3D record, so you can see what was installed, where, and when.
- **Display & TV structural mounting** — Clean, load-tested structural mounting of TVs and commercial displays (Sanus, Chief, MantelMount) with concealed in-wall power and signal cabling.
- **Low-voltage network cabling & Wi-Fi** — Cat6 drops, patch panel termination, Wi-Fi 6/7 access point deployment, and rack cleanups across homes and offices.

## What we do not do

- We are not general contractors. We do not pour concrete, frame buildings, replace roofs, or build additions.
- We do not do heavy electrical or plumbing trades. We handle low-voltage systems, mounting, and hardware; master electricians handle high-voltage feeds.
- We do not force subscription monitoring contracts. We install hardware you own and control directly.

## Availability

Site visits are usually Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central, booked about two weeks ahead, and take 2 to 4 hours on site.

This is a policy, not a live calendar. There is no calendar an agent can read or write. Put preferred timing in the request.
